English Learner Families: DELAC/ELAC

What is DELAC / ELAC?

DELAC is made up of representatives from each school's English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC), a school based committee is required if there are more than 21 English Learners at that school. The committee's role is to advise the district on programs and services for English Learner students.  

ELAC ( English Language Advisory Committee) is composed of parents, staff, and community members. It is specifically designed to advise school officials on the English Learner program services.

All Meetings will be held at North Shore Elementary School. DELAC – 4:15-5:15 followed by ELAC – 5:30-7:00.
